Eligibility

  • •Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • •Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
  • •Opened products are eligible for return only if you are unsatisfied with the results — we trust your judgement.
  • •Final sale items and digital products are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. 1Contact us at [email protected] or via our contact form with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. 2Receive a return authorisation — our team will reply within 1 business day with instructions and a prepaid return label (US orders).
  3. 3Ship the item back using the provided label. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
  4. 4Receive your refund or exchange — processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for a different size, scent, or variant. If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and let us know your preferred replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
